But, after numerous delays and challenges solely on the part of the contractor, communication pretty much fell off, updates became infrequent and the work was never completed from Nov2025-the beginning of April 2026. Quality of painting was poor, lots of overpainted areas and many large missed areas. There was also a mess that still needed to be cleaned up which was completely unfair to the elderly resident. Buyer beware, don't pay until complete. Cannot recommend.

Both of these were for top to bottom deep cleaning and they exceeded our expectations. The price for both were very good and their work is excellent. The house really looked brand new afterwards. The floors had never had such a shine before. Ruben even used a steamer to return the shower to a like new finish! The granite gleamed and all light fixtures were spotless. Even the smell when you walk back into the home after they finish is so fresh and clean - like a "new car smell" that you really appreciate. The whole experience was outstanding. We plan to start using their cleaning services on a regular basis to get a nice thorough clean. Ruben and Jennifer are so organized and kept us updated every step of the way. We received text messages that confirmed our request. Then we were notified when the job was finished. We received photos to show before and after shots of everything they cleaned. Even after complaining and paying full price of over $725, and charging extra 75 to clean garage and Wipe windows, they never cared to come back, never refunded any money either. They promised to mail check back, but cashed it anyway. Had a very bad experience.
