Having previously worked for a cleaning company, I know what to expect, so I provided a list of things to be done and confirmed with the service provider that these would the services completed with my request to which she affirmed. In addition, there is carpet in the living room, hallway, and two bedrooms that were to be vaccummed and shampooed. In the wet areas and kitchen is tile to sweep and mop! DEEP CLEANING! I arrive to find nothing has been done. The floor hasn't been mopped, the carpet hasn't been shampooed or vacuumed. The bathroom tubs and toliets are still very dirty. The oven and stovetop was still dirty. The stainless steel was still dusty. Noting was sanitized. The place was just as I left it after my brief cleaning upon tenant move out. I was very disappointed. I called and gave her an opportunity to come back, but when she came, it was with a backpack of regular cleaning supplies and home carpet cleaning machine that didnt work.
