I'm the parent you listen to what I say not a child. She had the toner put on after her hair was orange, which took her hair color back to a dark color. I mean, I'm sure it'll fade in time.. probably back to orange. They put a brand new girl on my daughter's hair did not know what she was doing. She did to an extent but not fully. My daughter ended up, leaving with What had to have been the toner all over the back of her sweater And her hair looking like poopie. I did say something and I was supposed to get a call back the next day. I have not as of yet and while we were there, two people came in with messed up haircuts. lol sorry not sorry. Good customer service isn't just about giving a good haircut, it's also about treating people with respect. Based on my experience, that was completely lacking here. Their actions left a lasting negative impression. There are plenty of barber shops that value professionalism and know how to interact with people respectfully. Unfortunately, this wasn't one of them.

This woman should NEVER be allowed to touch eyebrows. She has ruined three years of me growing out my brows to fix a previous hack job. My cut is fantastic but the best part about the entire experience was the almost 30 minutes she spent washing my hair. Seriously, it may not have actually been that long but it was heavenly and she even massaged my neck a bit! I will definitely be back! I had to sit an extra 5 mins but that was no biggie, considering I walked in and not knowing about the scheduling. The Barbers were professional, respectful, gave outstanding service, and they hate the Dallas Cowboys. since I am a die hard Dallas Cowboy fan, I had fun with in there! LOl, I will be going back every other week until December! Oh the haircut.. I am easy to please but I have to admit, the Barber against the wall in the main area, gave me a nice fresh cut! He only works weekends but the guy can cut really good!
