The base bed's are okay. You can get a nice tan with them but there are not fans in them and it gets pretty hot. I have rarely ever had to wait for a bed. My partner and I went in for a spray tan. First, we walked in and the building was so hot we instantly started sweating. My partner told the front desk lady she had never had a spray tan. I have had one but it was 1.5 year ago so we asked for directions. The lady gave us quick directions. We asked additional questions to try to gain an understanding of how to properly use the booth. She didn't know the answers because she informed us she has never actually used the bed. When I finished my spray tan was running all over my body and did not dry. My partner immediately went to the front desk. I was given a towel to dry with. My partner went next. She experienced the same thing. Later that night we received a call from Ryan who is the manager. He assured us that we would look "flawless" in the morning. Well, we DID NOT look flawless the next morning. I called Ryan to let him know. Ryan was very unprofessional. He said that because I had a spray tan 1.5 years ago I should have known what I was doing because "it's like riding a bike" we asked for a refund and even offered to come in so he could see the results. He said no and that the best he could do was offer us a free spray tan for next time. He continued to be rude and condescending. I asked for the owner to please contact me and Ryan replied "Nope, sorry but that's not how they run their business". I can get over the fact that we were given poor directions and that our spray tan did not turn out as expected but I can not return to a placed that treated us so poorly.

I just returned for a Christmas gel manicure last week. Tressie did a great job. The manicures here are always well done & last 3+ weeks. My only negative is that they tack on a $3 sanitation fee to every bill, and that was added during the pandemic, which was understandable when they went above and beyond with what they had to buy for safety and cleanliness. But sanitation is the nature of a salon business so I wish that that extra $3 fee was not still on there because sometimes it's added into the final price I'm given and I've tipped on it, which in my opinion is not right. I was also surprised that it was an extra $7 for cat eye gel. I do totally understand the extra for nail art, but waving a magnet in front of your nail for a nano-second, $7 seems a little excessive. But I'm guessing it's because that polish costs more than regular gel. Anyway they do a great job here, but they are pricier than other salons in the area. I advise booking well in advance for holidays especially, as finding a walk in slot here is tough.
