Great classrooms and wonderful teachers who are passionate about the kids in their class; terrible administration. It's not worth the hassle of dealing with the unhelpful, chaotic customer service and the gaslighting manager. I am a positive, huge supporter of small businesses, especially children's services. I try to overlook short comings but after the year I have had with the bad communication and mistrust with this place, please trust me when I tell you to roll right on to the next daycare. read more

I had an interview for a teaching position almost 3 weeks ago. I really liked the atmosphere and was extremely excited to become a staff member because it seemed like a great place to work. I was told that I would be receiving a phone call that Friday about their decision. However, the phone call never came. I waited a little longer then decided to send an email about their decision because there was complete radio silence since my interview which I thought went well. I never received a reply to the email either. I feel as if they lack professionalism and reliability. As an employer, they should be following some semblance of professional standards. I wrote a review based on my experience with this company a few days ago. Then I get a phone call today from the company telling me they want to speak to me about my review. I sent an email and the representative stated that she called me that Friday and left a message which is completely untrue. I never received a phone call nor a voicemail from this company. I went as far as sending a screenshot of my phone log for that day. I asked if she called the wrong number. She would not admit to calling the wrong number. The sad part of this situation is that I actually had a great interview and would've gotten the position. But I never responded to the voicemail I never received so they thought I was no longer interested. All they had to do was call again to verify that I received the first call or answer my email. The place looks like it could use some cleaning, the staff looks like they could use some grooming. They just look rough and unkempt. The daycare and it's staff look sloppy. The parking lot is damaged badly, and the grounds don't appear to be maintained well. Garbage is piled up out front when ever we drive by, I have seen better. My child attended UPK preschool at this facility and her last day and graduation was June 21, 2019. Because the last day was the 21st it was a 3 week month at $170 per week. A total of $510 for the month of June, her final month. I paid this in full on June 3, 2019 and I have a copy of the receipt. The business owner proceeded to send an altered invoice with an additional charge of $35 listed as "Starpoint added day" and this charge is dated on this new altered invoice as June 28, 2019. A full week after my daughter's last day and graduation which I can prove was June 21, 2019. To add insult to injury this business owner decided to add a late payment fee for this fictional $35 charge of $5 x 35 making a new bill of $209 for June 2019 even though I paid June's tuition in full on June 3rd and have a receipt from this business owner stating the same. Resending an invoice that was already paid in full with inflated charges and inflated and made up late fees is fraud. read more
