Booked today with someone different (upstairs) because the first stylist is booked out till next week and didn't get any where near the same service. I got a 10 min cut and trimmed a few things in beard..... I booked the VIP beard and hair cut again. No hot towel, no shaving or lining up with hot cream and a razor. No straighten up beard. (I was calling him "Ken" but found out recently his name is Kevin. But they know who I'm talking about. Well.... Twice now I have still gotten him. I'm not one to make a scene - so I've gone along w it. But not anymore! I'm DONE going to Top Nails. He scrapes my nails so bad/hard - to the point of them bleeding a little bit on Sunday when I was there. When he can't get the polish off by scraping it - he gets his Emory board out and files the shit out tops of my nails - and gets the skin too. He needs to be FIRED. Very smart attitude does not like her job at all. Does not like working customer service. It's not customer friendly answer the phone with an attitude before I even get to say anything. I'm Transferring my medication somewhere else and I don't recommend anyone to deal with this pharmacy. I have been having problems with this pharmacy ever since I've been going always messing up my prescriptions filling them on the wrong date or not having the prescriptions I need there to feel and being very rude about it totally unacceptable and some people need to have discipline on the job but no one in there has any discipline because when I called to let someone know the actions of this lady it's played off as if everyone attitude is the same in there and it's fine to treat people that way so I would not recommend anyone to go there unless you want to be treated like crap. My best friend was in from Denver and we wanted to get some Northwest Vikings shirts to sport around in, because we're all cool like that. The clerks were friendly, but it took a long time to get thru the checkout with 3 people in front of me. Just very slow. Thankfully, they always have my chapstick blue SPF 15, which I use 24-7. Unfortunately... ;) they also had 1 lb bags of peanut butter M&M's right next to my eyeballs while I was waiting to pay for my chapstick. I just HAAAAADD to have those! It's funny that you never see Slim-fast shakes by the registers.
