They had a special in March that made the fillers 150 dollars cheaper for each injection than another place and Miss Brittany was able to fix the issues I had from the Kysse fillers at place number 1. Way better experience all around. I'm super happy really but I think getting fillers is like getting piercings for me - addictive. But oh so fun lol. Staff is incredibly helpful and upbeat; Mr. Tony and his text specials - it's like he's a mind reader I swear. They also offer IV injections, i just found out. I used to go to to a different place in Clarksville for those last year; it was a good way for this old Veteran to help get more vitamins in. I just felt better overall but then the place shut down- bummer. I'm definitely going to try to start back up again here for that when time permits and will update on how that service is for y'all. And she really takes the time to explain the plan of care and make sure all questions are answered. This office takes a lot of insurance plans, though certain medicare/medicaid/united healthcare plans aren't serviced. Honestly, if my insurance stopped covering, I would come here anyway (I know that's a privilege to be able to say). Front office staff are attentive and welcoming. The waiting room is clean and bright, with nice and comfortable furniture. Checkin is easy and I didn't wait at all! I went back right on time and waited barely a few minutes before Dr. Lehman entered the room. I also met with Kay, their aesthetics professional, who asked me about my goals and helped me find a skincare plan that met my needs. She gave me a detailed brochure and wrote down exactly how/in what order to perform each step. I'm set up with her in one month for a free follow up. I think I will consider a chemical peel with her in the future. I'm not trying to discount any other yelpers opinion, but I do notice most of the people rating this practice poorly only have a few/no other reviews and a few didn't even experience the practice--they based their ratings on a phone call or an issue with scheduling. I'm glad I'm starting my self-care journey with Dr. Lehman and I'm confident she and her staff will keep my skin at its glowing best.

I spent several weeks with a Bladder bag, long-term pain and inability to do normal everyday life things due to this botched surgery. In 2021 , the bladder repair ruptured! I became extremely I'll very quickly and no one could figure out why at first. By the time someone had figured out what was going on , I was septic and my kidneys had began shutting down . After emergency life saving surgery at another hospital by a truly knowledgeable surgeon , I then spent almost 2 weeks in the hospital meanwhile missing Christmas with my children . Once I was able to go home, I was bedridden with a bladder bag for several weeks and then unable to do daily life activities for over 6 months . To this day , I am still greatly affected and undergoing treatment for the botched surgery performed by Dr. William McIntosh. Please do not use him for your treatment!!!
