My parents used this office for all their legal paperwork. They were great! Until I have to make an…read moreappointment for my own legal paperwork. I call the office and no one ever answers the first time, but I have knowledge and experience with them so maybe they were out to lunch. I call again, get the receptionist. Who initially sounded flustered or confused but okay maybe she's new. Someone came in and she puts me on hold but inadvertently hangs up on me so I call back. She apologized which is fine and I explain that I need to make an appointment to get a trust done through a third party organization I am using for these services. She seemed unsure, again maybe she's new. I was kind despite the fact that at this point I'm frustrated. I let her know that my parents used the attorney so she asks for their name's saying they like to know the referral source. They're deceased now (3 years today for my mom). It's scheduled for 4/9/25. It's over a month out and I debated because it was a sad anniversary date but I do it. I call today stating I never received a confirmation call or what I should bring. The "paralegal/office manager" states my name is not on the calendar (are you kidding me, after all that nonsense to start with, I'm not happy after waiting all this time) I state that there were issues with the receptionist and that she must have been confused or something and state the issues. She "paralegal " tells me she won't see me if I will be talking badly about their staff. What! She made a mistake, clearly but own up to it, try to make it right, apologize, but nope, didn't get that. She will not schedule me, refuses to set up an appointment. Seriously! So I call back, want to leave a message for the attorney, also she refuses, tells me she's notified the organization I went through about me. I kept trying to explain but she stated her position and refused to let me speak and then hung up on me. Wow! How inappropriate and what horrible customer service. Yes the receptionist made a mistake and another appointment was a squeeze in weeks out but once I pointed out that "staff" didn't do their job, she shut me down. Pretty disappointing when I wanted to go to an attorney I trusted.
