Both times, I had no problem finding a parking spot. The lot is deep. Perhaps it was timing, as I was here in the evening both times. You have the option of either paying for parking at the machine or through the Green P app. Both times, I used the latter and it was seamless. If you park after 7 pm, you can take advantage of the flat-rate parking till 6 am the following morning. I believe that it was $9.75, which is decent for this bustling neighbourhood. I paid for two hours worth of parking. It was enough time to grab a bite to eat and hit a bakery at a leisurely pace. The Ossington subway station is across from this parking lot. You could technically park here and take the TTC to a busy attraction, such as The Ex. It's great for suburbia folks who don't want to pay a ton of parking by The Ex and also don't want to take a couple of hours to get home by TTC. I like this parking lot. I'll be back again. (317)

There are entrances from Ontario St and William St. The nice thing is there are only charges Mon-Fri 8:00am to 6:00pm. This means people visit restaurants downtown during a weekend get free parking, which is great for me because I only visit St. Catharines on the weekends There are monthly rates for those who work downtown. There are only a few disability parking spots per level. They should have put more on level 1 and fewer in the upper levels.
