They only painted part of the wall and left the top two ft. and ceiling unpainted. The paint used was a plain white and NOT the colours I requested. Somehow the GFI plug for my fridge was tripped so that everything in my fridge/freezer is now spoiled. The fridge itself was not cleaned on the inside. None of the handyman work discussed with Mark during his visit was done. My brand new, I had delivered from Amazon, digital 6000 BTU unit air conditioner that I had for only a week was apparently destroyed and replaced with an inferior unit. All my clothing and bedding and towels, that I paid an outrageous amount to be taken out washed and returned to me, is missing. My diabetic supplies are missing... my hat collection that was supposed to be washed and returned is missing. While my coffee table was replaced... it was replaced with an end table not a coffee table. My TV stand was taken... fine it was crap... but again... not replaced! They were thoroughly professional and friendly, and went the extra mile to make sure we were completely happy before they left. They also managed to fit an entire one bedroom apartments worth of furniture into a cube van, which was a feat in itself. I would thoroughly recommend Junkfree to anyone requiring junk removal services. Although they are based in Hamilton, they serve the GTA. It's also good to know that the furniture they take away is evaluated and given to charity or reused wherever possible. After ghosting me for several days, they finally said they could not service me and would refund me. This was over a week ago and I have asked for my refund on multiple occasions, only to be ghosted by them yet again. If you need a bin, go to anyone else instead. I called a competitor. They delivered promptly and I got a 20 yard bin for the same price H&M quoted me for a 12 yard. Still paid double though because these guys never refunded my money!
