I'm a business owner in the western suburbs of Chicago who decided to use Western First Aid to get our first aid and safety program going in the right direction. It's been completely down hill since day one. Slowly but surely all promises made up front started to completely disappear. Our rep was extremely unreliable, and would routinely bill us for items she was specifically told we didn't want. We'd be billed for items and "services" that we never even got or received. Money was basically being stolen from us. To gain your business they will tell you everything you want to hear, but be warned... they are literally incapable of delivering on the promises. After doing extensive research on this company I've learned there are much MUCH better options available. We dropped these scammers rather quickly, and have been much happier with our current first aid/safety expert. Do not fall for the fake smile, and phony bologna promises. It's a total scam. I swear these people are actors or something. Do yourself a HUGE favor, and don't give this company the time of day. After realizing what they do... I was actually embarrassed for them. Zero morals coupled with zero ethics equals a huge LOSS for you. Stay away!!!!!!
