Said it would cost $750 to install the toilet I had on hand and to fix the kitchen faucet leak it would cost $600 because he felt the faucet had to be replaced and might have to be sawed out to remove. I got the impression he didn't want to do any work since it was late in the day. So he left without doing anything and I got a bill for $100 just to be told all this bad news.

We took 3 soft serve machines to them after they said they were great working on them. I called to tell them neither machine worked and they said that they worked. I had told them not to put the cc charge through until we knew they worked and they hurried and put it through. I put a hold on the payment as they had not performed the repair work. He then decided he was going to keep our third machine for ransom until we released the funds even though they didn't work. We started a small claims process and they said just come get the machine. When we went to get the machine they had destroyed it. The new company we took the machines too stated what little work was done was done improperly and he didn't even know to charge the refrigerant. Stay as far away as possible from this company, all talk no service or knowledge.

Not only that, but the guy did questionable work. I had leaks immediately. They claim that they could not test the line because I was not home but there is an outdoor spigot. They charge for their plumbers to go buy common plumbing tools on your dime.

I just don't understand how some businesses like this treat customers like crap. Unbelievable! We found another plumber (Fielder Sewer And Drain) that showed up the next day and fixed the problem. We are so happy with the service and honesty of Fielder that we will recommend him to everyone we know.
