Less than 24 hours later, someone from the attorney's office contacted me regarding my situation. I was honestly very impressed by how quickly they responded. The person I spoke with was extremely professional, respectful, and patient. He explained that different counties and different judges may handle cases differently, and that the outcome of a case can never be guaranteed. He also explained that the office will look into my situation and see what can be done to have the final judgment reconsidered. That conversation changed my perspective and showed me how seriously this office takes its clients. I truly appreciate the time they took to contact me, explain the situation, and see what options may be available. I sincerely apologize for my review from yesterday. I understand now that there are many factors involved in a legal case, and I appreciate the professionalism, honesty, and responsiveness of this office. I was surprised that I found him to be unfriendly, didn't listen and kept cutting me off. He did not give me the chance to FULLY EXPLAIN what it was that I was trying to do. He let me speak yet cut me off and jumped to his conclusion which turned me off. Why? Maybe because he was wrong, I was trying to explain that I was talking about a different scenario. He didn't ask questions or give me the chance to clearly explain myself so he could understand me all because he was rushing me off the phone. I later realized this when I went on to speak to a different attorney, the next attorney was completely different. So It's important to clarify exactly what you need to do with the lawyer and it's even more important that the lawyer clear his mind and listens to you before he starts giving you advice. He clearly did not understand what it was that I was trying to do and he assumed too much. I would not want to hire someone that doesn't listen to me that rushes me.
