Was told that there were 4 possible outcomes... 1 win & case dismissed, 2 lose options but ticket clinic refunds me, and LEAST LIKELY a partial win- no points, no school but i have to pay court fees & in that case, Ticket Clinic keeps their money. Got my results letter today... Go figure... The partial win where ticket clinic keeps my money AND court fees EQUAL TO THE COST OF THE $160 TICKET... So this went from $160 to $260. I would have rather kept my hard-earned $99, paid the ticket and spent the 4 hours doing the traffic school online!! Highly pissed and feeling duped. I am 27 years old and have been utilizing various locations of The Ticket Clinic since I have started driving at 16. So it has been 11 years of The Ticket Clinic getting my tickets dismissed! For this specific location, I had a ticket that was the result of a lady slamming on her brakes because she didn't like the way I got behind her on the highway so I ended up hitting her from behind. She was vengeful and told the cop I looked like I was texting when that was complete nonsense and a lie. Nonetheless, the officer believed her for whatever nonexistent reason and wrote me a ticket for reckless driving. I'm a fair person but that was unnecessary and bias, PERIOD. There was no evidence or facts behind this ticket being written so I was fuming and determined to not pay the city a dime! Long story short i paid $89.95 for the ticket clinic's service, fast forward to now i did get no points on my record, HOWEVER i still have to pay $263 bucks court fees AND 4 hours driving school ???
