Therese is the best!…read more I was pulled over on a DUI charge near Mammoth, and they slapped me with several totally made up felony drug charges. I think it was partly because I was driving an old car, so they figured I couldn't defend myself. Therese came to my rescue by going to court for me over and over (6 times) because they admitted they 'misplaced' the evidence against me, and the case was long and drawn out for this reason. I live 6 hours away from Mammoth, but I only had to show in court the first time; she covered for me in court all the other times, at no additional charge than her flat rate. She got these bogus felony charges totally dropped, and negotiated with the DA for the best possible deal in my situation (I *was* guilty on the DUI). Additionally, long after the case closed, she worked for no charge to me to help recover properties that were 'confiscated' by the police. I would highly recommend Ms. Hankel for your defense in any similar type case, be it DUI or criminal charges, or anything else. If not for her expertise, I would probably be behind bars still today, now almost 2 years later :-(
