So I made a comment on their Facebook post (an angry one; rightfully so) and mind you, they had not made a post on this FB since February 19, 2025. So they don't actually utilize this FB in the way they're pretending they do. So, instead of addressing my concerns; which I was rude, I was mean, but you gave no communication to any other patients other than scheduled ones (again, going back to the LACK OF CARE FOR PATIENTS) but then today May 8, 2025 I receive a letter in the mail (handwritten btw by Dr.Dale Smith himself) that they will no longer see me as a patient because of my FB response to them. As proof, please see all the photos attached. You guys should be ABSOLUTELY ASHAMED AND EMBARRASSED of yourselves. I however, am not. Have a wonderful and lovely year.

They tell us he's next, and then another hour goes by and here we are. We've been here since 10am it's currently 2pm. Absolutely unacceptable. There's hardly any patients here as well. The woman who brought me from the room to the exit door to show me how to access the lab was very kind and professional. The lab staff were pleasant, welcoming and very kind. I received a call in less than 24 hours from Karen in the lab reviewing the results with me. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and the kindness that was shown to me. As for Dr. Sanner, he spent about 30 minutes with me, reviewing my history, meds and any concerns that I might have. He was very collaborative when we discussed my personal health care and I felt heard and my opinion and knowledge were valued. As a new resident to this part of the country, I am relieved to have met this wonderful team and look forward to working together fo a very long time.

The way he worded his questions and kept talking about medicines to try instead, I told him I'm set on this I don't want to try anymore medications. He plainly said he would not do it, so I said F you I'm leaving. I was so upset I cried in my car. I am an extremely kind person to note everyone but him in his office was kind. I'm still fuming, I don't write reviews but I read the reviews for this doctor ands they seemed ok for the most part but were far wrong. Don't go to this doctor if you don't have children or want them because he is an old white man who thinks he knows what's best for our bodies.

And when I do get to the clinic, I am never rushed thru my appointment so the doctor can move on to his next patient. He takes the time to find out everything that is happening in my life, and makes sure all my prescriptions are up to date so I'm never without my medication. I have been a patient of Dr Birdwell for a good number of years, my mother was also a patient of his until she passed away in March 2013. I cannot imagine changing doctors for any reason. Kelly (nurse) took my vitals and asked all the new patient questions. She is such a kind, warm person! I felt as though I was talking to a friend! Then Katherine (nurse practitioner) entered the room with a big smile! She spent an hour and forty five minutes with me and was incredibly down to earth and thorough! I still can't believe the amount of care I received at this appointment. I can honestly say I have never experienced a doctor's visit like this one. Katherine actually listened to me in such a concerned and caring way. When I mentioned I had chest pains a few weeks ago she immediately ordered an EKG. Within minutes Kelly came in and ran the tests which showed no problems with my heart. What a relief! NO charge for the test! Unbelievable!!! I will recommend this clinic and Katherine to everyone! When I called for an appointment, the office asked what meds I am taking and I told them HRT, nothing else I am healthy. The office said that they would check with the doctor and get back to me about an appointment (confusing, but I guess it is the Oklahoma way to do things) Well the office got back to me to say that the doctor would not take me on as a patient because of the medications I'm taking! I never asked for a medicine refill, (I don't need one) I've never used a primary doctor in place of an OB doctor. I explained to the woman on the phone that I already have an OBGYN doctor and that I need a Primary Care Physician and nope, they didn't seem to care. Is his refusal even legal?
