Glad to see this guy has put a sign up and is open for the rest of you to hire him. I run my own business and he set me up to create and distribute invoices, collections, and everything that it takes to get my billing done. I mean it was a revelation for me to get everything in order and know where it's all going - and More Importantly - where it's coming in from!! Right. They did my taxes and saved me a bunch of money - and listen, I have an undergrad in accounting with a concentration in taxes (4.0 in this area) but I gotta admit - it is / it was and always will be CONFUSING! (Confucius say use Axis to save yourself aches and pains). Okay, maybe too corny. A HUGE Blessing to have these guys really take the time - be extremely patient (I wouldn't be that patient) and take me through the steps of doing my own day to day accounting. At first they did it for me - and then they weaned me out of it by helping me through the steps numerous times. I wanted to do it after a few years when my business became easier. Point is - Contact Axis with Keith - you will Love this guy. He's too easy to deal with and he has a personality. Some accountants you don't know what they're thinking like it's some kind of mystery. Not so with these guys - straight up, reliable, and get the job done by knowing all the angles. INTEGRITY

And then, the stars aligned. I had previously worked with Keith and Alissa in my past life. They were highly regarded throughout the company and were known to get it done. Keith randomly reached out to me asking if I needed help with my books. I jumped out of my chair and said I needed him 6 months ago!! I would hire him as my CFO if I could afford him (I still plan on doing so when I can ;)). I now actually have books that are properly categorized and inventory that is actually booked properly! It's freaking amazing. I can not recommend this firm more to people that are in need of accounting/bookkeeping services!

The Sonoma County Gazette is a helpful, free, local paper. If you want to know about an array of…read morecommunity events, this is the paper to consult. They often highlight local businesses, post their hours&locations- even reviews and recipes. They discuss local issues from the wildfires, to legal cannabis, homelessness, you name it. It's much thicker&less pretentious than the North Bay Bohemian. There are editorials based on specific communities, highlighting their concerns- Penngrove, Cotati, Sebastopol, Geyserville, Graton, Camp Meeker, Cazadero, Jenner- you name it. You get a sense of Sonoma County's diversity. The Sonoma County focuses primarily on "West County" (essentially, communities west of 101, tho they have Cotati&Penngrove) It's thick, colorful, with personable editorials, comprehensive calendars of local events. The only downside is that it's monthly rather than weekly. A great way to catch up on local events, activities, dining and shopping.

This is truly a community newspaper, whereas the unbohemian has just turned into an ad rag. The…read moreGazette is about 4 times as thick as the unboho, but only comes out monthly. Sure there's ads in here too, but at least there's some substance to it. We always find more things we want to do in 1 issue of the Gazette than we ever do in 4 issues of the noboho. I think that the Gazette is a much better reflection of all the communities in sonoma county than the boho is. Besides the events, we really enjoy the editorials too.

I wish I had seen these reviews instead of just the ones on Google…read more My experience has been exactly the same. Initially, I got a quick response - it's amazing how quickly people respond to get business, and how much slower when you're looking for results. When you call and leave a message, the recording promises a response within thirty minutes and suggests sending an email. I have tried both only to be ignored in two ways. So far I have only gotten responses days later or when I've said that I'll take my business elsewhere. After the second time waiting days for a promised response, I followed through on my own promise and hired someone else. When I shared that with them, they threatened to blacklist me to all the other process servers in the area. Please, don't hire this company, and definitely don't bother with rush service if you do.

Formal Complaint Against Sonoma Legal LLC - Failed Services, Verbal Abuse, and Deceptive Business…read morePractices I hired Sonoma Legal LLC for two critical legal support services: process serving and a skip trace. Neither service was properly completed. The process server was ultimately unable to complete the serve, despite assurances from the company. After weeks of delays and vague updates, I was left scrambling to make alternate arrangements--time and money wasted, and my legal matter delayed because of their failure. The skip trace was even worse. I paid in full, then heard nothing for months. I emailed repeatedly. I called numerous times. Only after aggressively following up did someone respond--and even then, I was told to email again so they could "take care of it." I complied. Nothing happened. To this day, I have not received the skip trace I paid for. The worst part of this experience was the appalling treatment I received when I finally demanded accountability. Brandon Heffelfinger, who appears to run the company, screamed at me over the phone, berating me simply for asking for the service I paid for or a refund. His behavior was aggressive, unprofessional, and completely out of line. When I informed them I had hired someone else to complete the work they failed to do, I was threatened with being blacklisted from other process servers in the area. This kind of conduct is not just unethical--it borders on coercive. Their voicemail says you'll get a call back within thirty minutes. That never happened. Emails are routinely ignored. If you don't chase them down, you'll be ghosted. Sonoma Legal LLC made a difficult legal situation even more stressful. They failed to complete both services, communicated poorly (when at all), and treated me abusively when I voiced concern. I strongly urge others not to do business with this company. They are unreliable, unprofessional, and hostile when held accountable.
