Jammed me up with the response to a document when she knew I was going to be traveling on the response day. I had my contractor do the walk-through (After they tried to reschedule late the night before..for "Labor Day", when the deal closed on the Tuesday the day after). Anna chased my contractor around with the punch list saying everything was done.. and it wasn't, asking them to sign the document..when they had no authority to sign it. They had words with her and walked out. Changed the closing date three times. I have bought and sold multiple properties in my life..this property was part of a 1031 exchange..actually the worst and most unnecessarily stressful transaction I have encountered. Worst individual in real estate I have ever met.. and that's saying a lot.
