Karen works with one of the finest and most professional real estate agent I've ever met- and in my opinion, Karen is also the most talented stager I have ever met -which doesn't surprise me due to the company she keeps. Her work is always stunning! No other house (for sale), that I've ever come across, ever looks as thrilling as hers. She remains a small business because she likes to stage each home herself. My husband and I have used Karen's services at least three times since 2008, and we will continue to use and recommend her highly. She has an electrifying flare for both color and appropriate styling for the design of the home. If this Karen Brorsen company is staging a property that you are considering to purchase, be very careful about signing BEFORE you have inspected the property after they vacate. I was left with a dent on my door. Unless my new neighbors had it out for me and left me a welcoming present, there was no other possibility for the dent in the door aside from the removal of the staging furniture. I've tried to contact Ms. Brorsen to resolve this and have yet to hear any response for several weeks. read more

All I can say is "wow"! We used Ms. Brorsen's services to stage our townhouse and she did an amazing job - she truly transformed a relatively dull space into a work of art. As a result, our house sold for 7% over what the neighbor's unit (identical in square footage and layout, but remodeled and better updated) had sold for just a couple of months earlier.
