Downstairs is also a selection of kitsch homewares, some rude cards and wrapping paper which is where I go to buy for certain friends, and most importantly to me the company are highly supportive of film photography. Here you will find lots of unusual frames, Diana and Blackbird, Fly lomography cameras and speciality lomo film. The company also put their considerable weight behind the campaign to bring back instant cameras with Saved Polaroid. You can also pick up coffee table books and cooler-than-thou CDs and vinyl making it a browsable shop of high proportions. You would think such a place would be staffed by hyper-cool snobs, but the girls who staff downstairs in this store are perky and smiley... as well as hyper-cool. Now, after being open for just over a year, Cabot's Circus' branch is by far and away my favourite. Downstairs is where I tend to head (being a girl, and that being where the girl's department is) where you'll find their household accessories, women's fashions, books and cameras. They also stock a wonderful range of birthday card and wrapping paper which are sure to make even the dullest gifts look sexy. Accessorize used to be my go-to place for birthday presents when I was a teen, now it's always Urban Outfitters. Their regular seasonal sales are worth looking out for as they're filled with good stuff and there are bargains to be had.

But I thought it was worth mentioning how much they all loved it. They have a great range of light summery dresses made with beautiful fabrics and patterns. My knowledge of dresses is somewhat limited by they had a huge collection of different styles and lengths. They also had amazing price tags attached, with some reading £10! I actually did wish they had such a great range of men's clothes, but alas we only had a choice of 'comedy' T-shirts that were not almost as classy or elegant as the woman's choices. I honestly believe any woman who had a look at some of the clothes at Newflower would find something they would really love, especially for the summer. They had a beautiful range of mini skirts...I thought about how they would look on me, but I think my bits might be visible, only slightly though. They actually rang the supplier and asked if they did this, and they managed to get this delivered and contacted me when it was in for me to try, which I loved. If short-short dresses with feminine designs, over-sized beaded necklaces and thigh-high socks with pretty bows sewed into them is your cup of tea you will love it here. The clothes are quite pricey but are of high quality. Yumi sell their lines to lots of different shops and market stools so you're likely to see their designs crop up all over the place, which means you're also likely to see them worn on other trendy girls. The shop assistants seem very shy - so shy that when I asked how much one of the necklaces was she almost froze with stage fright. There are more exciting places to spend your hard earned money in Clifton. Just pop along to Joy just a couple of doors down.

That said, I have found a few long vests and dresses I quite like in here, and I'll certainly have a look in each time I pass to see what's new in stock. Located on the site of the old All Saints shop, it's certainly worth a look to see if the styles are your cup of tea.
