Once we had the placed cleaned out, they came in and took photos to upload to their site, which is far reaching. Chase or Neil would contact us frequently to advise status of the market. they were very communicative and very responsive. The end became dicey due to the title company whom the buyer chose and Chase intervened repeatedly to facilitate the closing in a timely manner. The bottom line is they got it done and stayed in touch throughout the process. i would highly recommend this team for your needs.

He's an unprofessional, dishonest, busy body, the most unscrupulous business person I've ever met. He succeeds by selling Lake Worth homes cheap, cheap, cheap... unfortunately, the financial losers in that scenario are the trusting, unsuspecting home sellers that hire him. Our home was listed ONLY 5% above the appraisal and Korpi demanded I reduce the price of the house by $45K, after just 18 days on the market. Plus, that was between Thanksgiving and Christmas, the slowest time of the year. Beware, his online home photos are awful, the "professional photographer" he uses is actually his wife. What doesn't he lie about? She was extremely rude too. Next he and my ex husband played me, telling me to buy needed plumbing parts and Keith promised I would be reimbursed and "his" plumber, Oscar, would install, fix everything! Then Keith made sure "his" plumber Oscar was never available to me! And I was never reimbursed either. I have all the texts and emails to prove this. Next he had the arrogance TO GO TO COURT AGAINST ME, twice. Korpi was deflated and ineffective when he testified against me two weeks ago, when questioned by my attorney. It really doesn't pay to be dishonest, to put one party's interest over the other's as he unethically did, but I doubt he learned anything. He should keep his nose out of customers' private business. If he could do this to a 72 year old, legally disabled senior woman just imagine what he could do to YOU! If this is the home sale or buying experience you want, hire Keith Korpi. If not, there are many excellent, ethical brokers and agents who will value your business. Take advice from someone who's been there... do NOT hire Keith Korpi, Coastal Classic Realty. This review is 100% my opinion. ETA: Regarding his rebuttal, his Realtors Board has an extremely short window to file complaints as they work for/with the realtors so I missed their deadline. It's clear this is to have the fewest complaints possible. However, other Florida agencies take these complaints very seriously. Lastly, Keith has zero positive reviews here as of March 23, 2024. On other review sites, the glowing reviews he has are largely from co-workers, his colleagues and vendors that he pays, that's a conflict of interest, those are NOT real customer reviews.
