They specialize in specialty burgers, steaks, salads and prime rib (Saturday). You will spend a good deal of your evening just looking at the decor. All of the furnishing were built by Erin's father and the rest of the family. A collection of local prairie items and artwork will intrigue. My party arrived at about 5:30 in the evening and had no trouble getting a table. As the night progressed, the place filled up pretty fast. Seating is first come first served. Erin prides herself in providing quality fair in quantities that will fill any appetite. She buys all of her meats and produce locally, so one of the dinner salads might include what is in season at the time. My prime rib was cooked to perfection using a secret family recipe, They cook their meat in a homemade grill behind the restaurant. The meal came with a choice of mashed potato, loaded mashed potato or their homemade curly potato chips. I topped the meal off with homemade hot brownie with vanilla ice cream. I'm told the brownie is her mom's recipe. This is a family run business and there is plenty of wait and kitchen help with Erin's husband, sister and kids pitching in to provide a pleasant dinning experience.
