They set the expectation that the flowers would not be delivered same day, and it was totally understandable as it was the day before Christmas. It was so nice of them to tell me ASAP and gave me a realistic update, and made sure that they would be delivered on Dec 27th. On Dec 26th, I found out that my co worker has already gone home from the hospital and I needed to update the delivery address, so I emailed & left them a voicemail. Even though the shop was closed for the holidays, I still received an email confirmation about an hour later and I was rest assured that address would be updated. It was a great experience with Metro Florist inc from start to finish and I would definitely re-order from here again in the future :)

Wanting to get a large bouquet, I picked the premium option (and of course, paid the higher price for it). However, what I got was more comparable to a standard bouquet (second picture). On its own, it would be a nice standard bouquet of flowers, but considering that I paid for a much more extravagant one, I was flat out disappointed, sad, and frustrated. Given the chance, I would not choose this florist again or recommend them to others as I feel like I got scammed. Since receiving the order, I have contacted Teleflora customer service where they refunded me for the order. Please be aware and cautious.

She was going to look…read moreinto a particular flower for me, and she said she'd call me in a week, but after 3 weeks I hadn't heard back. I called and left a message with someone and still, no call back. Called again after 1 more week, and she told me she still didn't know. Followed up another month later after no response, and she had found the flower. I was pleased with that, despite the wait. It was difficult to get in touch leading up to the wedding, as it seemed like only Linda knew what was going on, not the staff. The staff could never assist me. The day of my wedding, all of the corsages fell apart almost instantly- out of 4 corsages, literally NONE made it 5 minutes. At the reception, I also realized she never included my throwaway bouquet and I had to make one by taking my centrepieces apart. I told the staff this and they promised Linda would call me back and make it right, but she never did. I paid for corsages and a throwaway bouquet and I didn't really get either. The flowers were beautiful but I didn't get what I paid for. I'm very upset about this.
