Since Elite Dental Partners took over, the experience is no longer positive. Appointments are rescheduled without a call, dentists seem to change at every appointment, and the professionalism is no longer consistently positive.

The original dental insurance claim was not filed properly with my insurance so it was denied. I only agreed to pay the original amount and they agreed (which told me they knew they were wrong). I filed the dental claim myself and it was paid. Dr Kassem was great and his work was solid, but the business side of this practice is disorganized at best.
