I was so displeased with my service from karinas jumpers. They were 45 minutes late to my house. They did not text me to let me know they were going to be late. I ordered chairs only not tables and the guys that came didnt even know that they were bringing them. They almost left me without them. All i wanted was for them to be apologetic and i did not receive that. I work in customer service and i am aware that sometimes things dont show up on time but i was just in disbelief with how they handled things. This was my babys first bday and i will never order from them again. Like i said i would have completely understood if things were just handled differently but unfortunately they werent. We ordered from Karina's for our birthday party this past weekend and could not have been happier with the service. They came out a month before, measured our space, made some suggestions and we placed an order for tent, popcorn, cotton candy and snow cone machines, bounce house and obstacle course jumper. There are no excuses for this. If in fact you were in a catering event you should not have answered the text right away. You should have waited to call or explain. It is not obvious that you had a minimum which this is not what we were looking for on your website. You could have been straight up and said yes I have a minimum of $50 from the beginning. See but the problem was it was only $50 and you wanted more so you can wipe your butt with $50 right? Well guess you didn't realize on multiple occasions I rented over $350 of equipment from you. But you definitely lost a loyal customer. I would have used you every time I needed a jumper and had my friends call you as well. There is a difference from being rude and being busy! read more

Karina's jumpers has been by far my best experience with jumper and party rentals I have had in the AV. They are inexpensive and they have a variety of party rentals. I hosted a kid party and got a large combination jumper, a hot dog roller machine which worked perfectly, a cotton candy machine, a popcorn machine and tables and chairs. They were so nice and attentive for the delivery, set up and the pick up. They make sure we are completely happy with everything. I will definitely go directly to them for my next event. read more

Called 2 days in advance and they promptly answered and texted pictures of what was available. They have a wide selection and I was able to find the perfect jumper. Saturday's are always busy so they offered to set up either night before or 2 nights before. Well i choose 2 nights and my 5 and 3 year old couldn't have been happier. I just want to say that my family and I were blown away by the amazing service Adan had to offer. The quality of his equipment was fantastic and his prices were great. Adan went above and beyond for us. As soon as I emailed him with an inquiry about a quote... not only was he was quick to reply, but answered ALL my questions promptly. I had to add a canopy last minute and was unsure of what size I needed so I called him and without hesitation... he come out and measured for us to make sure we got exactly what we needed. Wow! HORRIBLE SERVICE we rented from them this past sat and first of all they never gave us a time they would arrive. so we called and they told my wife that they would be there on sat at 9 am . well they were 1 1/2 late never received a call that they were running late.
