I had Karinas jumpers provide chairs, tables, a princess jumper and taquero catering. They were professional and very affordable. I got a great package deal for my daughters party. We shopped around a little and, after a terrible experience with another jumper guy, decided to give Karina's a try. They aren't the cheapest, but to be honest, it's worth it. These folks are a class act. They arrived on time, communicated, and showed up with a jumper that looked brand new. I saw other reviews where they cleaned the jumper after setting it up and thought it may have been a one-time thing. Not at all. Once the jumper was set up and completely secure, the team started cleaning it. They didn't just spray a couple spots and call it a day, they actually cleaned it to the point I was impressed. My experience with Karina's Jumpers started out a little rocky but with a few emails & a phone conversation with Adan we were able to get the ball rolling. I was told by Adan that they are a "mom & pop business, we do not have a store front, no secretary & we do not wait by the phone." Just so you'll have an idea of what to expect from what Adan said & my experience: You can not go to their website choose a jumper or accessories & make reservation or pay for those items on their website. You must fill out a message & they will contact you more than likely by email. It's first come first served. The phone number is Adan's cell number & he can be driving or out on a setup so be patient. Once they have confirmed they have the jumper or items you need for the date & time you need them, they will email you an invoice (no reservation until you pay) once it's paid they will notify you via email that your items are reserved. In your message include what you need, date, time, setup time, pickup time, if getting a jumper, state the kind of surface the setup will be on etc. I did state a drop off & pick up time when I placed my reservation & ended up wanting the jumper longer. We called Adan & he was able to allow the extra two (2) hours we asked for & went well beyond that by extending our time by six (6) hours at no extra charge. He was on time for the setup & was outta there quickly. Our event was a success & the children as well as the adults enjoyed the jumper lol. I gave four stars (4) only because you can't choose the jumper online, reserve & pay all at once. Other than that it would've been five (5) stars. read more
