Unfortunately Karla's delivered 2 days late and not at all what I ordered and paid for. $120 for an arrangement that I could've gotten from a grocery store for $25. As a caterer, i've worked with Karla's Garden Studio several times at wedding venues. She does beautiful work and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. We got Karla's name off the vendor list from my daughters wedding venue. My first conversion with Karla went great. I liked her designs that I saw online and decided to book with her. We sent a deposit to to book the wedding date, however, that's when things began to go downhill. From that point on, Karla was very difficult to talk to and incredibly unprofessional. Every phone call was all about how she had a broken ankle, and was struggling. Struggling to get around. Struggling to keep her business running, struggling to pay her employees. The ENTIRE CALL. The next phone call, she then had a broken pelvis and spine. I was not unsympathetic, I listened and tried to commiserate with her. But, as the mother of the bride and a customer, I honestly felt it was odd and unprofessional. It's not like she mentioned it once, it was multiple phone calls. Not just with me, but with my daughter, the bride. Then again on her wedding day to me, the bridesmaids heard her, and later with our wedding coordinater who also thought it to be odd. She was rude on multiple occasions and made me feel very overwhelmed and frustrated while trying to help my daughter plan her wedding. She couldn't understand simple details without getting custard herself and demanding a phone call. She would adamantly tell me that I needed to provide photos, which had previously been provided. So I'd resend them to her in screenshots, or forward her the previous emails. I understand she's busy, but when you run your own business you have to try to be a bit more on top of things to help the bride or her mom feel a bit more calm during the planning process. She was chaotic and unorganized. She didn't follow our instructions. Had I read previous reviews, I would have seen that there was another complaint about the same issue. My corsage fell apart, she blamed me staring once she drops it iff, she shan't know how rough one night be with it. I put it on. I did nothing size and it fell apart. It was nit user error, It was hot glued. I cried. I was devastated. The entire center fell off and I couldn't fix it. The grooms pocket boutonniere was too large to fit, his dad had to cut it. The bride wanted a cascading bouquet, which Karla had photos of, she did not get. She charged her for though, which is mych more money. She said it was her fault for not being decisive enough. She charged us for parts of out centerpieces that never arrived. Offered store credit, we live an hour away. We would prefer the credit to go back to our credit card. There were so many issues, the venue apologized to me for the recommendation and removed her from their list of recommended vendors starting that we are not the first to complain about her attitude and her work. I ordered a wrist corsage for my daughter to wear on her first date with the man she has loved her whole life and will continue love forever. The day of the event I realized I didn't order a boutonniere for him. So I called 2 hours before pick up and ordered it. She was more than happy to make it. When I got to the shop it was a small shop that was stimulated my senses. It smelled amazing, I heard a waterfall from the front and saw how beautifully decorated it was. If for nothing else I suggest people go for the stimulation! So I picked up my arrangements and they were absolutely beautiful! Not big and bulky but simply classically delicately beautiful! How was the service? My daughter was grouchy because she was hungry. Instead of being annoyed by her behavior Karla offered her crackers and a snickers bar. If I could leave 6 starts I would!! Not only were the flowers incredibly beautiful and fresh and amazing, these 2 stepped out of their 'flower' role and quickly became seamstresses when my daughter's wedding dress had been mistakenly taken in 2 inches the week before the wedding and could not fit in it!! I really do not know what we would have done if it were not for them! Great people with genuine concern for others!! read more

Unfortunately I have to leave at least 1 star because there is no option for zero. very overpriced for what she promises and act delivers. Paid for premium and got a bunch of sparsely decorated items using cheap flowers. This was for my husband's funeral so when I walked in and saw the wreaths and sprays, I not only had my grief but I was furious. Think twice about using this place. read more

You feel good the minute you step through the door, the flower arrangements and plants are beautiful and there are many lovely items for sale too, new and vintage.
