Ordered 6 huge trees last fall at $2000.00 plus trucking and gratuity fees - (2 concolor…read moreand 4 spruce) - used their transport co and they put them in the ground - one concolor had brown spots upon delivery and within a week the concolors started to turn brown - both died as well as one of the spruce. We called, emailed, sent picture upon picture right from the beginning and got no where! We offered to pay for removal and replanting if they would send replacements at their convenience - again got no where. We have tried at least a dozen times over the last 9 months to politely resolve this and they have been less than helpful and actually rude! Used them on a recommendation from my dad and brother - NEVER SHOULD HAVE USED THEM ! HORRRIBLE - 3 trees out of 6 dead and not even an attempt to make it right. Such bad business.

I called my credit card to start the chargeback process, found another company to deliver. Ordered on a Monday, delivered on Thursday. But guess what, now suddenly Floods deivered their order. Unfortunately, our initial online order from a different website was canceled due to availability issues. Thankfully, we found this truly LOCAL flower shop! We called and they were incredibly helpful from the start. They walked us through a few options and helped us choose the perfect arrangement. Price wise - on par with most spots and different price points based on how big the arrangement is. They really do try to find something within your budget. Even though we though we had missed the cutoff for same-day delivery, they were able to accomodate us. Our clients loved the plants and flowers we sent! The flowers are bright, fresh, and there's very little "filler" material (mostly beautiful, colorful flowers). The business is family-owned, and both employee / owners I spoke to or met were very kind, professional, and really cared that their arrangement had the best care so they'd last as long as possible (the envelope with the gift card even had instructions to keep them out of the sun and a reminder to fill the vase to the top).
