We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Being able to see the models on the floor made it so much easier to compare options and choose the perfect washer and dryer. The product selection was excellent, and I really appreciated having so many great choices available. Wally, the salesperson who helped me, was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to answer my questions and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. That level of customer service really stood out. Delivery on 3/13 was just as great. Steve and Tom were friendly, considerate, and very professional. They handled everything carefully and made sure the installation went smoothly. I'm absolutely loving our new washer and dryer! Getting the app set up on my phone was simple, and it's honestly made doing laundry fun. Overall, the whole experience--from shopping to delivery--was fantastic. Had a concern about my washer-dryer installation that was shrugged/blown off for nearly two weeks, as I kept trying to call and get answers or even speak to the right person, who seemed to be avoiding me. My issue and I obviously weren't priority. In the end, I gave up trying to get Karl's to fix or inform on the installation they had performed (backwards) or to even return my calls, and I returned my two protection plans because this experience showed me I cannot depend on Karl's now or in the future, and I don't support a business model that does not care about customer concerns or service. At least the return on the protection plans was easy after holding on the phone for awhile, and my washer and dryer work as expected, but I will be getting my next appliances from Menard's. read more
