Not only is customer service absolutely terrible.... they put expiration dates on ministry gift vouchers.... they literally sell broken/missing part toys for full price!!! Spent $7 on this! read more

The store is clean and organized. It offers an array of used/donated products. The staff didn't seem to interact with customers. Items are way overpriced. While the idea of this benefitting KARM is good, you can buy brand new items for what they are charging for stuff they received for free. read more

This store is large, clean, very well merchandised and a pleasure to shop in. The displays are so thoughtful and color coordinated. They had an amazing selection. Prices were actually a little bit more fair than other local KARM stores and I found a great decor piece. Lots of dishes, rugs, art, clothes and a large children's section. Employees were friendly and I can tell they are working hard to keep the store nice. read more

Tried to get a plane with a couple remotes that went to it but the manager tried to charge 40 dollars even tho they went to the plane the manager sucks there is only one employee that is nice that ive talked to. read more

They had a lot of nice stuff but the prices are crazy!!!! I can find stuff cheaper at the regular stores. A pair of b heels was $39.99 and they were NOT new! You don't even pay that at TJMaxx read more

I visit this store a lot! They have a lot of cool things that I can use for decorating my house so I usually go here first when I am in need of something before I go to other stores. I love their mission. Every purchase you make the money goes towards feeding families that need help. The store is very organized. They have furniture at the front of the store and then clothes. In the back of the store they have decor that is color coordinated. My one complaint is that the stuff can be a little pricey. There was a vase they had in there that was couple dollars more than what Walmart was selling it for. You just have to watch what you get there. On the flip side of that I have been able to buy decor for my house without spending a lot of money! This is one of my favorite thrift stores in Maryville. The selection of items they have is great. read more

My sister and I went to the Karm store in Maryville and we both noticed that the displays are amazing! I asked one of the ladies that worked there if she did them and she said yes, her and another lady, I'm sorry I can't remember her name. I love how clean and organized this store is. Sherry also told me that they plan on expanding the store on the inside and she is very excited about it! I loved her enthusiasm! read more

When I arrived, I was greeted even though they were busy with other customers. When the customers had been helped the shop owner, Amy then spent well over an hour with me, educating me and letting me try the different machines. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions, making appropriate and helpful suggestions on the dies I would need based to the type of quilting I do. She was able to put together a custom package at a great price (even better than Amazon). I left pleased and feeling like I not only made an appropriate purchase but also a new friend. I did ask for a few yards of fabric to be cut along with my other selections, the clerk was a bit abrasive at first and I was as thinking to myself "oh it figures typical quilt shop employee not taking a younger quilter seriously ". However, I pushed a little and made her stir up some conversation that was a little better but she still could have been a little more pleasant. Overall a nice place but I'm not sure I would drive out of my way to go there again.
