Luckily, United Limos had availability and showed huge flexibility at short notice, giving me a great price and sorting everything out in no time at all - a huge relief when I was so stressed. The driver turned up 20 minutes early, patiently waited outside, was really friendly and helpful and was happy for us to all take pictures etc. The limo was clean and in good shape - the bar wasn't terribly well stocked but we were told that this was because it was a school prom and it had been at short notice. My only slight complaint would be that the music choice on the CDs offered to us wasn't the best!! - either bring an AUX cable with you or your own CDs!! I'm hugely grateful to United Limos for saving my prom - literally. They provided a polished service at a great price and at extremely short notice. Would definitely recommend.

We had no contact from them organization about any delay in the Limousine arriving and after waiting we called and we're told several times that it's 5/10 minutes way. They were specifically chosen because of the availability of a pink limousine. Due to the lateness of being picked up, 16 of us missed a show that we paid £30 per person for. I'm not sure what contingency time they have between each booking, but being an hour and a half late is unacceptable, even more so with the lack of information relayed by them about when it was finally going to arrive. A great night was made a poor one by easy limo lack of professionalism. They suggest us a 25% of discount of next booking, sorry we're newer book that company again!

The office staff couldn't care less, they have your money, the drivers don't care, they have your money, so be warned, use at your peril. Don't believe their flashy website or charming sales people, because they just want to take you for a ride, and it won't be the great experience you were expecting.

We elected to go straight home instead (after only 2.5 hours) after being yelled at and hung up on by the manager, and I will pursue other methods to receive retribution for this annoying day. Do not use this company - they are irrational, inflexible and there are a million other companies to choose from in this capacity. It is also their company policy to collect a full cash payment prior to use, which makes for no leverage if you do encounter a problem. On a total side note, the limo (while a nice bright pink) was quite tired on the inside with worn leather seats, dirty windows (which still had messages written by someone's hand from the outside on them), no ice in the ice buckets, a broken dvd player and partition controls, and a musky smell as if it had not been cleaned from the evening prior. The saving grace of the day was the friendly and professional driver who I was told does not even work for this company normally.
