Here is why I know that: the email responses I was receiving were usually a 5-7 day late during tax season, they were overwhelmed by the number of customers, my taxes were higher than what I was able to obtain though another CPA. In addition, I requested to be removed from their mailing list back in November 2024 and still receive emails about follow ups and promotions despite me being a customer. This just reminds me about the company that took $2,000 for services that didn't offer the value I paid for.

This left me in a tough position, especially when transitioning to a new accountant who had to spend significant time correcting numerous errors.
