When I first went to these offices my first therapist her name was Julie and she was actually helpful. Unfortunately she ended up getting a job at the hospital like 11 or 12 months later and she ended up leaving. After that they put me with a therapist named Lisa DiTargiani or whatever her last name was. I never really felt I could really talk about anything with her. She just seemed really judgmental and always made it seem like it was always my fault. Every session I never felt anything being accomplished or resolved. Personally I don't believe she should've been ever in that line of work since she doesn't seem to have a clue on how to empathize or help people feel better. Every session she always seemed bored like she really didn't want to be there like I was wasting her time or whatever. No waitlist. If they don't have room for a patient your child's age they just tell you you're out of luck. No other options to give you of places to try and they don't keep a waitlist. read more

Poorly run practice. Was canceled on for several appoints the day of. When didn't cancel was hit with a no show fee though. Trying to call and schedule an appointment is a hassle. If you want a return call forget it. Literally took 2 weeks to get back to me. When my therapist left the practice I was called 3 weeks later, on a Saturday evening. read more

Avoid this group at all costs! Office staff are confused, signing me up as a new patient when I was pre-established with one of their practitioners! Social worker Heidi Parker was rude, snippy and unprofessional during my session. Went as far as to put her hand in my face to cut me off. She also follows a stringent agenda ( like a first year social worker) god forbid you deviate from this outline. She becomes flustered during sessions and overall extremely unprofessional. My therapist is great, helping me with my anxiety and depression through cognitive based therapy. However, after waiting for awhile, I was hoping to see someone more than once a month. It's kind of expected that therapy is more than once a month, and that should have been explained before I started. Otherwise it is good. read more

My husband was scheduled for an appointment at this office, as he has been dealing with severe depression for many reasons, one of which is his terminal and chronic illness. After sitting in the waiting room for over a half hour, she led a couple back to her office and then notified him that there had been a "scheduling conflict," said she was sorry, and then made it his responsibility to follow up at a later time for another appointment. She knew his name and the reason he was there, and the appointment was confirmed. He had been waiting over two weeks for this appointment, struggling with depression and hopelessness. Therapy is based on establishing trust, and this was no way to start that kind of relationship. This is just another of the many medical groups that either double-books their appointments or just simply has therapists who couldn't care less about the mental health of their clients. Even if it's just this one therapist with this attitude, that's one therapist too much for any practice. For someone who deeply believes that medical professionals at best look at their patients as a commodity and not human beings, this pretty much underlines that belief. read more
