Everett was of course very nice the first time, so he can earn our business. He promised to always be available if we need anything or have any questions and this held true 1 time. A month after doing business and not receiving the proper tax refund, my husband and I have been trying to call constantly and no answer. It was so bad we got worried and thought something bad had happened to the guy. One day I decided to call from a different phone number (one he wouldn't recognize) and all of a sudden he answers. When he found out who it was, he said he was really busy but would call back. Weeks later, NOTHING. SIR, half of the tax refund we were guaranteed is missing. Did you take it? Did you mess up?
