You may stumble across a few pieces of interesting items for your home. I am normally not that individual who finds industrial appealing, but I must say that I was impress with the shop. I would suggest checking out the top floor, before leaving the shop. The ground floor has a lot of random items, but i was more impress with the top floor. They are constantly updating their inventory, because what I saw in the store definitely did not match with the pictures that are online now.

I really regret that we bought our couch in Belgium. Never again, now that I finally know a few nice furniture stores. Just when I thought that the old, dusty rummage shop at Nieuwenzijds Voorburgwal 304 was going to stay there for all eternity, it magically disappeared and made room for something new. I noticed that there was construction work going on and I was even more excited as I spied that the shop got furnished with cool, modern interior. When Depot 304 finally opened and I could get a closer look, I was happy to see what I saw. They don't only sell decorative tableware and the like but also design lamps, quality plaids, cute jewellery, a small choice of clothes and bags as well as quality toys for children. So from now on Depot 304 is on my list when I go hunting for presents.

Apparently it's quite the norm in Amsterdam to see shops like this? I have seen a couple of "we've got everything you want" kinda shops in Amsterdam, not that I mind. It's like one-stop supermarket, only better. Amra C got very nice sofa throw from here while I was actually contemplating of hauling a bronze-wooden lamp table (something in the style of what Hay would sell but with a fraction of the cost) back to Copenhagen until I decided that it wasn't possible. Had I lived in Amsterdam, I would certainly go out from the shop with that lamp on my arm.

They actually have a variety of different lamp shades and the price is really inexpensive. As for the quality of some of the lampshades, it may be another story, but don't mind me I am just really selective. However they have a few unique items in here. Normally I pass right on by the shop, because it never struck me as a store with a lot of quality, it seem more on the cheap side. However I was really surprise to see some really nice mirrors in here. I would say this shop is more ideal for accessories.
