I really regret that we bought our couch in Belgium. Never again, now that I finally know a few nice furniture stores. You may stumble across a few pieces of interesting items for your home. I am normally not that individual who finds industrial appealing, but I must say that I was impress with the shop. I would suggest checking out the top floor, before leaving the shop. The ground floor has a lot of random items, but i was more impress with the top floor. They are constantly updating their inventory, because what I saw in the store definitely did not match with the pictures that are online now.

I love Jysk! It's…read moreperfect for furniture shopping on a budget and it offers you decent quality! As a student, I can highly appreciate that, of course! Most furniture they sell, you have to assemble yourself, but that also means smaller packages to drag home. They often, very often, offer huge discounts on their products so if you keep an eye on their website, which is pretty straightforward and clear for non-Dutchies with a little help from an online dictionary, you can save even more money. I, for example, have a white metal desk with a tempered glass top which is cloudy white. My 12 lbs speakers dropped from 3 feet onto my desk and nothing shattered, not even dented. So, I'm happy. I paid €30 for the desk on sale. What I'm really happy with, however, is their line of Wellpur mattresses, pillows and cushions! The Wellpur products, check pictures, consist of NASA/memory foam and they all have hypoallergenic bamboo covers that are removable and washable. The U shaped neck cushion is one of my favorites! It follows the contours of your neck, shoulders and jaw because of the memory foam. Something I'm also extremely happy with is the 3.5" memory foam top mattress I bought for €175 with 70% off!!! Perfect for people with a hard mattress or a sofa bed. Or even if you don't have a lot of room and you want a "bed" for possible guests, you can just throw one of these babies on the floor and voila! Bed! Their Wellpur line is well worth checking out. See the pictures.

I was definitely pleased with the beautiful couches in the showroom. If you are looking for a fabulous couch or even a simple cosey couch at an economical price, then this might be the store for you. Pros The customer by management seem good. I loved the fact the manager was very helpful in assisting us with the right fabric. He seem like a detail oriented person. The showroom is extremely large and impressive. I loved the fact that the showroom is very transparent. I loved the fact that they have a variety of diverse style of fabrics and couches for a reasonable price. The only strange thing was I thought it was strange the sale person gave us her cell number instead of providing a business card or the number to the shop. However, Keep in mind it takes 3 months for delivery and they are located in Amsterdam near HornBach. So it's pretty easy to find. Also you can get there from Sloterdijk Amsterdam train station if you are not mobile . The station provides bikes to rent, which is a ten minute cycle to the shop.
