She must have known it was small because she came out with our second pour like 30 seconds later. All the pours were this size. The tasting was $16 for four pours and I don't even think we got 1.5oz of wine total. I was also frustrated because we weren't told what wines we were drinking or given a menu. At the very end we were given menus with about 12-15 wines on them and had no idea which 4 we had tried. I think the girl was new, but it was still really weird. I have tasted at many many wineries and found this one to be very very stingy. We do not feel like we learned anything about the wine or the winery and have no idea if we like the wine because we barely got a sip in. We were also the only people there on a Friday, so I have no idea why our service was so limited. I also figured the 16 bottle purchase we were picking up might have waived a tasting or gotten us a bonus pour, but they were pretty stingy with us. I feel like we were polite and eager to learn about the wines and am really confused where the disconnect was. I was surprised to see all the great reviews after our experience, so maybe we just went on an off day or the person was still in training.

They offer great tasting flights, plenty of parking, lots of space to relax, and it's very kid friendly. The bathrooms were clean, and the whole place felt comfortable and inviting. The grounds felt a little scattered, and the team working seemed a little cold to my in-laws (despite them being long time members and locals). The Sauvignon Blanc bottle we shared had the very distinct "cat pee" aroma that I couldn't get out of my nose. I had to choke it down. When we first started coming, the wine was solid but not particularly memorable. That's changed. They've really come into their own, and their most recent Merlot release is a standout, it's quickly become one of my favorites. Service is always warm and welcoming, and they offer a great selection of meats, cheeses, and crackers if you want to snack while sipping. A must-visit on the lake if you're wine tasting in Manson.
