This was a nice touch and they were friendly but also quiet and reserved as expected in a funeral home. The building was very clean and bright. They had a large coat hanging area and several quiet sitting areas outside of the chapel for those that need a break. They had clearly marked who was in each chapel along with a sign in book and memorial cards. In the chapel they had multiple seating types which was nice. The way they arranged the flowers and other gifts for the service was beautiful - the best I've seen. The only opportunities I saw here was it was difficult to understand where to park (there were multiple areas) and if there were more than one event on any day I don't know that there would be enough parking.
