We have taken our 2 dogs there for 13 years, not only do they still push vaccines on my elderly dogs, when (besides rabies) is not needed, especially when I do not kennel them or anything...I finally mentioned getting titers done if they were going to keep arguing. That finally stopped that We also have had our dog misdiagnosed with having arthritis for YEARS, selling us every supplement you can imagine...yet the Dr ' accidentally' mentioned that I was lucky that she didn't have arthritis.. that left me confused and I said you have been telling me for years she had arthritis and selling me supplements... He quickly backpedaled and said 'oh yeah I guess I can sense a little arthritis' then we were quoted $1,320 for 'things' they felt needed done...went to another vet in town, cost us a little over $200! When going to checkout, there is often no one behind the counter, leaving customers standing there waiting without assistance. I scheduled grooming appointments for both of my dogs a week in advance. I received a call about one of them saying they had to cancel because they overbooked large dogs. This created a major inconvenience for me, and the staff acted as though the situation was somehow my fault rather than taking responsibility for their scheduling error. When I brought my second dog to her confirmed appointment, I was told I shouldn't even be there because they "didn't have room." They initially took her back and placed her on a lead, but shortly after, they brought her back out and refused to groom her, stating she was uncooperative and would not be seen there. The entire situation was handled unprofessionally and without clear communication. Overall, this experience felt disorganized and disrespectful of my time. I will not be returning.
