The main reason I stopped here was my son told me they carry his favorite fetch toy which he had wore out and it had a hole in it and some of the stuffing was coming out , so we had to throw it away. It's made by Joy Hound. They 're called Rip Roarin' Tough and they are really good quality made. The material is like a canvas and it can be washed after being chewed on , slobbered on , in the dirt and rain , you get the picture. His was at least a year old. His favorite is the Hot Dog. He also has the Beer Mug and 2 of the Pizza Slices. There was also like 2 other designs. I play fetch with him everyday with these and they are tough ! I highly recommend them. My only complaints would be they don't offer a Military Discount. Also when I gave them my phone number for my old account when I had 2 cats in Vegas , my account must've been deleted since it's been like 2 years since I shopped at PetSmart. So any points I had on the Rewards Program are gone.

But that is how long it took my first dog to get done and they are the same breed. The second dog is even calmer than the first one is. So I figured he should be done. I go in and they say that she has to give anal gland expressions to another dog. This doesn't make sense because I had an appointment for my dogs to get done, so why would she be working on another dog? Maybe I misunderstood this and she was talking about my own dog. Regardless, they are not done with him yet so I wait outside. Another 45 minutes goes by and still no phone call. I had been waiting nearly 2 hours for a small 25 pound dog. My first dog only took an hour so I assumed it would be the same. I go back in to check because it had been a while and they said "Oh let me go get him". As if he has been ready and nobody called me again. Also, when I went back in, I heard my dog yelping and crying loudly. He is usually calm so I'm not sure why I heard this. I asked her how both of my dogs did and she said they were both great. Im not sure why I heard the noise.

When I picked up our dog from her grooming appointment, she had feces smeared on her backside. The…read morecashier casually said they "just missed it." Another employee told me they had cleaned her multiple times -- which only made it more confusing and frustrating that she was returned to us still in that condition. When my wife called the grooming department, the grooming manager was extremely rude and dismissive. She claimed it was "not her problem" and blamed our dog for being anxious -- as if that excused the fact that this happened under their care. That kind of attitude is completely unprofessional. If a grooming service doesn't believe dogs are their responsibility while in their care, they shouldn't be entrusted with anyone's pet. To make things worse, when I asked to speak with the store manager, I was told she wasn't available and that I'd have to contact another store manager if I wanted to speak with someone -- another way of passing the buck instead of taking accountability. We will never return to Petco for grooming services and strongly recommend that other pet owners take their business elsewhere. Pets deserve care, not excuses and disrespect.

Our pup stayed for two week board and train where she was taught upstanding obedience skills. We learned so much from them during our pick up session after our pups boot camp stay. The wait really killed us but we were so excited to see her new skills! At pick up they reviewed what they had been working on, gave step by step directions on how to handle our pup to maintain her training.
