The problems were many -- first they didn't order enough floor material after measuring and installing. Had to wait many weeks. Then when completing the floor they damaged another part of the floor in the process. Had to wait many more weeks. The installer was never available, or was told he would be and then wasn't. They identified additional things to be done (fringe repair and remediation of faded color), which I wanted to leave till next time for budget reasons, and there was no pressure to do the work now. The pickup and drop-off were easy to schedule, prompt, and the guys who did it were happy to work with us to get the position just right on reinstallation.
