I had never attended a fitness class before this and everyone is extremely friendly and motivational. Instructors offer modifications but also push you 100% so these classes are perfect for anyone. I've tried their Barre, Pilates, Spin, Kickboxing, Rebounder, Yoga, Step and Barbell so far and cannot wait to try more. They are always adding new classes and equipment too. Pretty small gym, no shower facilities; no frills. There's 2 rooms and 1 is used mostly for training/classes. There are classes - not sure the times; but they include aerobics, zumba, etc.. (They are included in the price of a membership $35 not sure about family rates). Training is $120 month for 3x's week (1 hr. each) for a whole month. That is incredibly cheap, and you would be hard pressed to find a better rate. Not only that, but it got me in the best shape of my life! Hour are 8am? (don't quote me on that) to 8pm. Can't say enough good things!
