Pretty small gym, no shower facilities; no frills. There's 2 rooms and 1 is used mostly for training/classes. There are classes - not sure the times; but they include aerobics, zumba, etc.. (They are included in the price of a membership $35 not sure about family rates). Training is $120 month for 3x's week (1 hr. each) for a whole month. That is incredibly cheap, and you would be hard pressed to find a better rate. Not only that, but it got me in the best shape of my life! Hour are 8am? (don't quote me on that) to 8pm. Can't say enough good things!

They really put in some great work here to make it a well-used, family friendly attraction. Yes, I am calling this an attraction as there are a multitude of things to do in here besides bowling. To the basics here, bowling. Bowling is easy to get going here. Walk in, tell them how many in your party, pay for the game, pick up your shoes and make your way to the lane they assigned to you. Electronic scoring, so no need to worry if you do not know how to figure bowling math. The lanes can be reserved either by the amount of games you plan to play or within a timeframe (like you want the lane for 2 hours). Bumper bowling is available with the railing going up and down if assigned to a person in your party. Balls are available if you aren't an avid bowler, and smaller weight balls, specifically for kids, are usually behind the counter. Our game had five people in our party. We paid for one round of bowling. But before we were able to get to the tenth frame, the lane shutdown. A simple trip to the counter to let them know we were done yet and they had us back up in no time. Each lane has a table behind it in the general area that is reserved to the lanes in front of it. So if you were to order food you can enjoy it here and continue your game. (Review for that restaurant on property forthcoming). Once done with the game, replace your ball, return your shoes, and then you can go about your day. However, there are other things to do here in you see it fit to do. Aside from the restaurant mentioned before, there is a separate section that looks like you can reserve for a private party, good for birthdays and what not. On top of that, they have a pretty decent arcade where you can win token for prizes. In the arcade area there is also laser tag. If you have a card for the arcade, you can swipe it for a game of laser tag. You would think that was enough for under one roof, but there is one more feature to this place. Escape rooms. They have two themed escape rooms that you can play. Not sure if they plan on switching them over anytime soon, but if you have played both of them, you've completed that for here.

I attended this gym for approximately a year and a half. I originally joined because of the 24/7…read moreaccess, which you couldn't get anywhere else in this area. About 6 months in, my swipe card did not work & I couldn't enter the gym until I could go on staffed hours and get my card reset. They said it had only ever happened to one other person - but I was still upset I couldn't get into the gym for 2 weeks or so. The free weights & machines are easily accessible and there is a good variety for all body types and workouts. They also changed their back room into a "CrossFit dungeon," but the ceilings are not that high and the squat racks are somewhat unstable and swing. They used to have towels for members, but now they no longer provide any. When I went to cancel my membership a week in advance, like their policy/gym contract states, I was one week early, only to find out I was "one day late" according to the owners, and was charged an additional month, without even being in the area/going to any of their gyms. I thought that was a total rip-off of $35, since in my mind, I cancelled in time. Overall, okay gym.
