Rental was supposed to be dropped off between 9-10 in the morning and didn't arrive until 130 when the event started at 230. They were hours late to the event with little to no communication and blaming it on traffic when there was absolutely no traffic. I requested a refund with only getting little to no refund due to lack knowledge on what a refund is. I highly do NOT RECCOMEND this rental company. They were HORRIBLE. Still have not received my full refund yet.
