In a few words, I can tell you first-hand that all these reviews are genuine and representative of the wonderful (and fun!) experience my husband and I had when working with Tom. It was amazing how quick and smooth-sailing the entire process went. We told Tom what we were looking for from the beginning, our budget, and he was able to help us filter the endless houses available on the market. We spent only 2 days looking at houses with Tom and found the perfect home. As it had been some time since our last home purchase, he diligently walked us through the mortgage process exhibiting a great deal of patience when fielding our inquiries and concerns. He was persistent in ensuring that deadlines were met and consistently worked aggressively on our behalf. In addition, Geoff exhibited a great deal of integrity, as mid-way through our process I sent a "referral" to New Horizons Home Finance. Geoff was uncomfortable with the terms associated with my referral's potential financing deal and was unwilling to recommend. Geoff was extremely responsive, replying very quickly to all inquiries (emails/calls and texts), even weekends were not a deterrent. During a particular intense part of the process, Geoff probably sensing my anxiety, was able to sensibly re-communicate the remainder of the process (without over-committing), thereby eliminating home buyer stress.
