The sales woman was very helpful and tracked down a pair of boots for me that were perfect (high heel but not too spindly) The shop sells a mixture of luxury designers and high street labels, and whilst it isn't cheap, the prices seem fair. The shop is very comfortable, elegant and relaxed and is probably the only place i know of that my mother and 15 year old sisters could both shop in happily.

The staff are efficient and accommodating. I once came in here when it was almost closing time and they were were totally fine about me having a snoop round. As well as Kurt Geiger they also sell the following brands, Mark Jacobs, Caravella, Solea, Uggs and many more. I'm looking forward to next years January sales already.

Anyhow lets not get into that shall we; these things are a bit overrated currently and with the credit crunch one can't be bothered. Shoppers only want what their looking for and whats in their heads is to stay there, it would be physically impossible to satisy every single person who walked into a Kurt Geiger store. But this store also the largest of the brand does have a few selective brands such as Caravella, KG, Solea, Marc Jacobs, Uggs to name a few. A shoe lover I walk into the store once a month to see whats new and interesting. I personally hate the idea of retail, but good shoes are always an expression. Too many girls trying to look very gorgeous, but I only want good sales service. Standing long hours can be tight, and I feel the girls should not be overburdened. But the staff are nevertheless well trained to get you what you want. And some off season shoes are also put up on the discount goodie shelf. Overall good shoes, good store ambience, could be better the service.

Very glamorous, very push and party wear, for parties I haven't been invited. Well it is not completely tasteless, some of the designs are actually quite cool. On the store shelf's I mean. I feel sorry for the girls that have to go through all that pain of wearing these! Poor toes. But because this store also has a small selection of Marc Jacobs I do pop in every now and then. Because he is my man.

This branch of Schuh is located at the Oxford Circus end of Oxford Street and is fairly close to…read morethe flagship Topman, also a flagship store in its brand this Schuh store is fairly large offering multiple floors of shoes and has previously been rated and talked about very highly on Yelp - I'm not sure if this place has been refurbished in 2016 but the layout seems to have really gone downhill to the point refurbishment must become defurbishment. I found the store to be too crammed it was hard to walk around the store without approaching a seat for trying shoes on, or a stand - one would argue this is good as it is offering a wider product range, but I surely don't understand why they need to do this - they have multiple floors and don't need to cram everything into a small space as one would expect from a smaller store - they really do need to take hints from Sports Direct nearby who have a reputation for this but the huge nearby flagship store they have nearby is much more modern, spacious and in my opinion makes it a much better place to shop, especially at peak times. The staff seemed rush and struggling even when the store wasn't that busy - it wasn't the staffing levels too which is puzzling, they had enough staff members to cope fine but it didn't seem to work. I'd even say the smaller branch they have is much better and still sells most of the same items you do here and this branch being a huge store in a flagship, key Oxford Street location is a waste. 1*

I got my heart broken today…read more You see, it all began before Christmas when I dropped off a new pair of brogues to have the heels softened. I explained I was leaving the country that week and was told it would take but a day or two and that I would be notified by phone when my gorgeous shoes were ready. I never received word back and when I called they couldn't find the pair. Eventually they were located but since my flight was the following day I wasn't able to fetch them. Today I returned to the shop with my claim ticket but the shoes were nowhere to be found. Apparently this was the first time they'd seen a pair go missing in 10 years. This did nothing to make me feel better about their carelessness. I received an apology and was invited to pick another pair of shoes. Only problem was, their already limited stock of women's shoes did not include any brogues I liked in my size; same goes for the nearby Burlington Arcade location where I originally bought the now missing shoes. I looked longingly at iPhone photos of the brogues I'd only bought in November and barely worn. In the end, I asked to be refunded my money back on my card. I think it goes without saying that Crockett & Jones need to step up their service level straight away. I'd hate to hear of more hearts being broken like mine.

Has an upmarket feel to it and you will generally be greeted in the store by an older gentleman who looks like he has done this for some time. Some of the styles are a bit odd to say the least but I guess that just makes them traditional and I also guess that there is a market for this type of shoe. To try and sum it up they make bespoke slippers, now you either know that sort of thing existed or it has never crossed your mind - Those that know should go to this store - The others need a "typical" high street shoe shop.
