This law firm has poor communication and lack of respect. I reached out for a consultation and was…read moretold I would receive a call back. The call back was never received after days of waiting - I called in myself to see if I can speak to someone about this call back. The firm had no record of my call or what I called about - which shows lack of attention to detail and organization. I have information and a timestamp of when this call was made and who I spoke with. After finally getting an attorney to speak with the attorney was extremely rude, impatient and disrespectful when I was asked to explain what happened. I did not get past the beginning of what occurred or even finish explaining the situation and why I was seeking legal representation; before I was immediately interrupted in a disrespectful manner and tone. The attorney assumed what I started to explain was not good enough for him and proceeded to be rude, instead of hearing the full extent of the situation and why the problem was unlawful based on what actions took place. I politely declined their services and will not recommend anyone to seek representation from this law firm if they want to be treated fairly and with common decency. If you are looking for a law firm that will actually defend you and look into your case - this is not the law firm to go for.

First my computers boot-loop problem was misdiagnosed as the cpu, which it turned out not to be one expensive purchase later. Then they lost my hard drive, and did not take accountability. In the end my problem couldn't be fixed across two different motherboards being ordered and swapped and I can't fault them for that in the case that they truly were defective and I just have terrible luck with motherboards, but that aside it would have been better if I had never taken it here because I'd still have $450 in my account from not having to swap a CPU and misplaced hard-drive. In the end I pulled the plug and picked up my still-broken desktop with the parts I'd given to them placed back in their boxes, NOT labeled like they said they would, and missing screws and a CPU socket-cover on one motherboard essentially voiding my opportunity to return that one. The one saving grace is they honored the guarantee on their website and did not charge me anything on pick-up, and that's really the only thing saving them from 1 star here and distinguishing this shop from a total con operation based off my experience and results. I wouldn't come back again for a complex diagnostic/fix on a gaming rig.

They have shared custody in their parenting plan if he ever read their parenting plan it clearly states, "For additional medical providers the parties agree to MEET and CONFER to select specialists"..he advised his client to get a counselor without the father knowing about it.. how this man is able to practice law amazes me. I would also like to add he filed 2/5/26 saying, " The child is currently receiving treatment from a child psychologist to address the traumatic impact of abuse". According to the counselor and mother the child has not received counseling yet. Her first initial appointment is February 28th. I am extremely thankful that the counselor will be able to see mom and the attorneys agenda. How this man gets away with what he does is amazing to me.
