But their store at Yonge and Dundas is as great with perhaps a better inventory. I agree with Lauren in that it is less busy than the Yonge and Dundas store which I prefer, and I have no real problem with them having a smaller inventory than the other downtown store. I wouldn't say that it offers anything extraordinary that is not seen in other stores, they have a sale section that can see you grab some nifty swag for the $20 price range, and most of their newer styles will cost you closer to a $100 (I'm talking about the guy options here), but I've always been happy with my Guess purchases. It is the friendly staff that make me enjoy walking in here so if you're strolling around Queen St W, it wouldn't hurt for you to pop in to this store.

Two items were returned without any issue. The third item was a pan. I clearly explained to the cashier that I had used it once, it immediately changed/turned bad, and I wanted to check whether it was eligible for return. The cashier had trouble scanning the item and called over someone I assume was the manager. She stated that the item could not be returned because it was used. I acknowledged that and said "okay, no problem." She then added that the item was also beyond the return period..again, I said "okay," fully understanding both reasons. However, she then added, "and we don't sell this brand here." That comment was unnecessary and came across as accusing me of lying. I told her I purchased it from this store, and she repeated two more times that they "checked" and do not sell that item here. Before I could respond or clarify anything, she walked away. At that point, it stopped being about the return and became about respect and professionalism. If the return could not be accepted, that was already clearly communicated and understood. There was absolutely no need to imply dishonesty on top of that. This interaction was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I left extremely upset, and unfortunately this experience has cost Marshalls a regular customer. For reference: this occurred on January 28, 2026 between 1:00-2:30 PM. The employee had black hair, fair skin, and was wearing a white/beige top. I'm extremely mad at her behaviour.

It's in a bit of a strip kind of mall with a full parking lot off to the side; no street parking - thank God! First, I must say, I'm not a huge fan of the brand because it's always been very matronly/older lady styles but I could always use office clothes at a decent price. A former colleague (older lady) used to go to the outlet in Vaughan and come back and bragged about getting five items for $120; maybe because this location is The Kingsway so it's far from those prices. It's very neat and organized inside with a lot of sales people vying for business. Some clothing was 50% off but it still wasn't cheap; a lot of regular priced items too. I went to get a nice charcoal grey skirt but I realized at $89 (not on sale) so I just passed because I knew I could get it something else for less money. I did end up getting an asymmetrical skirt by Nine West (pic doesn't do it justice) for $37 taxes in (regular ticketed price was $89); since it was clearance, no refunds. I will definitely go back but, to reiterate, no rock bottom prices.

The store is located on 3 levels with sales upstairs, as well as hand bags, stunning shoes and boots, gowns, caocktail dresses and more. The main floor has new arrivals and tonnes of designer brands from around the globel; Gucci, Chanel, Prada and on and on. Some items cost hundreds of dollars but are a fraction of the regular price and sometimes, hot off the runway. This floor also has a great collection of designer hand bags, shoes and jewellery, the most exclusive of which are always located at the front counter, where you may ask to see them! 2nd Nature really is a gem, I would give the store a perfect 5 except for the staff. I phoned again 2 months ago, left a message complaining about the poor service and finally had a call back. They claimed that no one got my messages which I find hard to believe as I was very clear in my messages, leaving my call back number and name, and description of items. Talked with one salesperson and she told me that she would get back to me when they located the items but, they are extremely busy with consignments so it may take some time. I am still waiting. My feeling is, they cannot find my earrings or, they did not sell in due time so they sent them, who knows where? I will not recommend consigning your goods here as they appear to be evasive.

The person that assisted us was just great - she knew the product lines inside out and had great suggestions for us both. So professional, easy to talk to and just awesome all the way around. I don't think we would have spent nearly that amount of time in the store if we didn't get such great service. My daughter is 36 and I'm 60+, and we both bought clothing from your store. Wilfred is a stand-alone shop from Aritzia house brand Wilfred (slightly more sophisticated big…read moresister of Talula and TNA). I find this store much quieter and easier to navigate than the large Aritzia store 1 level below, so if you are only interested in Wilfred and want to avoid the teenie-boppers, I would recommend just coming to this store. They carry nice, well-made (albeit pricey) pieces that are great for work or going out. Think silk crepe blazers, wool coats, feminine blouses, and day-to-night dresses. They tend to stick to classic shapes and bring back similar styles season after season in updated colours or fabrics. Not terribly exciting, but if you find something that works for you, it's nice that you can find so many variations. The staff are okay -- less harried than the Aritzia staff. Changerooms have no mirrors inside (-1 star), but at least you don't have to lock up your purse like they make you do at Aritzia. I like that you get a free reusable shopping bag (a thin cotton tote) with each purchase, instead of a paper bag. Sales are not very impressive, but if you go at the right time you can find some items marked down by 25-50%. Sale items are final sales - no exchanges or refunds.
