Quesadillas with Swiss cheese rather than Mexican queso cotija. Fried jalapeños are also very American. The guacamole is not very chunky and does not have your typical chunky ingredients. It's more like an avocado cream. It seems that the cuisine is more adapted to please a German/American palate rather than offering real Mexican food. Given the location I understand that.
