A total of 140 cash for the massage. She tells me that I didn't tip enough, that I should tip 25%. I told her that this is gratuity, and as a hairstylist myself I would never hound someone for what they can tip or "expect" a certain amount. She was very rude to me and cold and basically said goodbye. What happens next is next level. The owner runs outside and I'm thinking maybe she will apologize. She accuses me of not giving her the $100 bill. She said I only paid $40. I reassured her that I paid. Then Mary comes out frazzled with all the money in her hand and I can see the 100 bill on the bottom of the stack as she runs out. Mary turns right back around to go back inside (without apologizing) and the owner also turns around to walk back inside. To which then I said "are you going to apologize?"
